At the heart of this work are two inseparable principles.
The first is that consciousness is holographic in nature. Just as a hologram contains the pattern of the whole within every part, our inner and outer worlds are inseparable — each reflecting, informing, and shaping the other. The self is not a starting point on the way to something larger. It is the access point to the whole.
The second is that consciousness is recursive. It folds back on itself — consciousness examining consciousness, inner state generating outer reality, which reflects that state back for examination and adjustment. The operating mechanism is the continuous feedback loop through which we are shaped by the world we are simultaneously shaping.
These two principles together are what my approach, Holographic Transformation, works with.
When you shift your internal patterns, you don't just see the world differently — you actively co-create what unfolds.
The frameworks make this observable, understandable, and workable in practice.
The writing project I've been building toward for most of my adult life is finally underway. The READ ME trilogy is a manual for the human operating system — from the inside out.
The three volumes have one arc:
The Inheritance — A Map of the Mind That Shapes Your World
The Initiation — Moving Through the Energetic Architecture of Consciousness
The Integration — Consciousness, AI, and the Evolution of the Human
While the trilogy takes shape, Leaders as Reality Architects — my Substack — is where I think out loud (you'll see recent articles at the bottom of this page). It runs from personal inner work all the way out to the civilisational, recently through a series tracing the Sacred State thread through ancient Egypt, the Renaissance, and into the present moment.
For those who want to go to the ancient source in person, I'm taking a small group of Reality Architects to Egypt in Sept/Oct 2027— to walk the original blueprints of the Sacred State at the sites where they were built.
If your own transformation has lit something in you — a pull toward guiding others through theirs — this is a perfectly natural next step.
The White Rabbit Reveals offers a structured multi-year pathway from personal practice to professional certification. The Holographic Transformation Practitioner Programme weaves together Holographic Awareness, Energy Medicine, and the ancient wisdom pathways at the heart of this work — with two group routes to certification available, to meet you where you are in your professional journey.
Post-certification, the Advanced Development and Mastery phases deepen your range and eventually train you to facilitate programmes yourself.
Certified consultants enter the ongoing Practitioners' Membership — mentoring, community, and continued development within the growing body of people carrying this work forward.
If you're at a different stage — an established leader or thinker looking for something other than a training pathway — scroll down.

For two decades, the question driving this work has been a practical one: not whether consciousness shapes reality — that principle is visible to anyone paying honest attention — but how, precisely, it does so, and what that means for how we live and lead.
The methodology I've developed draws on a 120-year lineage from Stanislavski through Sam Kogan's Science of Acting (my father's work, which I documented for Routledge in 2009), alongside a PhD in behavioural neuropharmacology, extensive ceremonial plant medicine work, and twenty years of practice through The White Rabbit Reveals.
What emerged is a framework that makes consciousness observable — not as belief, but as something you can watch operating in your own life, and then consciously work with.
The work has always moved outward from the individual. The same holographic and recursive principles that operate in personal transformation operate in relationships, in organisations, and — as the Sacred State series on Leaders as Reality Architects is now exploring — in the governance structures of civilisations.
If you've read this far and recognised something — in the framework, in the civilisational argument or in the question of what conscious leadership actually requires right now — I'd love to hear from you.
I work with a small number of senior leaders and thinkers on a 1:1 advisory basis, exploring what holographic leadership looks like in practice in their organisations, their decision-making, and their understanding of the moment we're collectively in.
I'm also open to conversations about collaboration, research, and interviews where our fields of interest genuinely overlap.
